What happens to my sessions after the beta?
They stay yours – all of them. If you sign up by 10 November you keep up to 7 sessions for good, free of charge; you do not drop to the 3 of the Free plan. Your sessions remain fully usable: open, revise, rename, export, delete. The only limit is creating another one: beyond that you need the paid plan. Nobody deletes anything, nobody locks anything, and nobody books you into a paid plan automatically.

Notes and highlights do not change the agenda – they are added on top. That is why anyone invited may write them, including people who may only watch: it is what you used to scribble in the margin of the printed agenda. Nobody else reads them – not your colleagues, not the person who owns the session, and not us.
How long until I can actually use it?
The first agenda is usually done within half an hour – faster if you bring an existing concept and have your connected AI take it over. There is no training course, no setup project and no contract term: sign up, create a session, start planning. If you realise after ten minutes that it is not for you, you have lost ten minutes and no money.
What does Sessionario cost?
Until 10 November 2026 everything is free – and whoever signs up during that time keeps 7 sessions for good instead of 3. From 11 November there are two plans: Free costs nothing and covers 3 sessions – your own and those you were invited to, counted together. The paid plan is €9 per month or €90 per year, net; yearly payment covers two months. Book by 1 February 2027 and you get a 50% discount as a founder member – for three months, or for the first year with yearly payment. Connecting your own AI subscription – Claude, ChatGPT, Grok – is included in both plans and costs nothing with us. Sessi teams up with your own AI and costs nothing with us.
How does the limit of 3 sessions count in Free?
Both are counted: sessions you created yourself and those you were invited to. Together they make three. You can always accept an invitation, though – even if it takes you past three; what is blocked then is only creating another session of your own. Inviting itself never costs anything, neither for you nor for the person inviting you.
How much can I attach to a session?
Up to 50 MB per file. How much a session holds in total depends on the plan: Free 20 MB per session and 60 MB across all sessions, Beta 50 MB and 200 MB, in the paid plan 100 MB and 1 GB. Sessionario is a planning tool, not a file storage service – attachments belong to a session, not to an archive. Only the owner of a session may delete them.
Does Sessionario really work without internet?
Yes. Sessions marked as “available offline” can be fully edited without a connection – including comments. Changes are stored locally and transferred automatically on the next network. If somebody else changed the same block in the meantime, the app shows you both versions and you choose.
What happens when two people work at the same time?
Every change is transferred on its own; the whole session is never overwritten. You can see who is working where from the initials on the blocks. If you really do change the same field at the same time, the app asks instead of quietly discarding one version. It is not a live cursor like in a word processor – updates arrive every few seconds.
How does this work across time zones?
A session has one time zone – the one of the training room. That time applies to everyone and can be locked so nobody moves it by accident. Whoever joins from elsewhere sets their own zone in their profile, or lets it be taken from their computer; a yellow line with their own time then appears below each time. The session’s own time is never converted – otherwise two people would say “ten o’clock” and mean two different moments.
Who calculates the times?
The app does. You enter the day start – everything else follows: a block starts where the previous one ends. Change a duration and the following blocks shift along. If something slips past the end of the day, the app asks. Travel, dinner and get-togethers hang outside this chain as surrounding programme and count neither as gross time nor as recovery time.
Can I undo something?
Yes. Above the session there is a list of the last steps, each of them undoable on its own. A whole text you wrote in one go counts as one step – not as a hundred keystrokes.
Can I collaborate with colleagues?
Yes. Invite colleagues with roles: edit, comment or view only. This is free in every plan. Comments and attachments belong to the session; trainer notes are visible to the edit team only – never to participants.
What is the difference between a colleague and a friend?
Colleagues are everyone you see in the list – by name, nothing else. Whoever you mark as a friend may see your contact details. Both are independent of who you invite into a session: inviting works without friendship, and friendship opens no session at all.
Can I send the agenda to somebody without an account?
Yes. Above the session there is “Share”: it creates a link for viewing – no sign-in, no account. Whoever opens it sees the agenda, but no trainer notes, and can change nothing. You can switch the link off or replace it at any time; the old one stops working immediately. The public link is part of the paid plan.
Can I go back to an earlier state?
A state is saved when you open the session, before every change made by an AI, and when you agree on leaving. Recording happens on every plan – viewing and restoring earlier states belongs to the paid plan. On the Free plan you can see how many states there are; after switching they are all available.
Can I export or print the agenda?
Yes – as a PDF for printing and sharing. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are announced but not available yet. You choose which detail levels appear; the time column, colour bars and structure are kept. In the paid plan your own logo appears on every export.
Are there ready-made methods?
Yes – a growing library with over 60 facilitation methods, each with an illustration, search function and matching topic colour. Add a method to your agenda as a block with one click and fill it with your own content. From Pro upwards you can add your own methods.
How do I connect my AI to Sessionario?
Once, in about three minutes. For Claude, ChatGPT and Grok there are illustrated guides we walked through ourselves: you enter a name and the address mcp.sessionario.com there and sign in with us. After that your AI knows your sessions in every new conversation. Other AIs take the same route if they support connections – the three above are the ones we verified. Your password stays with us: signing in runs through our own page, not through the AI.
Where is my data stored?
In a database of our own on a server in Germany (All-inkl). No third-party cloud, no third-party access. Passwords are stored as hashes only. We pass nothing to an AI provider: Sessionario makes no AI requests itself. If you connect your own AI, it fetches the sessions you release – and from then on your provider’s contract and retention periods apply, not ours.
What sets Sessionario apart from other session planners?
Detail levels instead of columns, so the day overview stays visible. Times that calculate themselves. A day balance in gross and net. Full offline operation, editing included. And the connection to your own AI: other planners build an AI in and bill you for it. Sessionario teams up with the one you already pay for. Plus a price with no per-seat ladder: inviting is always free.
