Sessionario is in beta right now – and we are looking for trainers who tell us what they need, what does not work and what they like.

What that means
For trainers, facilitators and coaches

Your AI plans with you. And forgets what you agreed on.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. Design in your AI — the agenda lands structured in Sessionario. It works without AI too; with AI it gets easier.

Sound familiar?

The chat loses the thread

You tell it that day 2 starts at 8 and that four small groups run in parallel. A few prompts later the four run one after another: 40 minutes turn into 160, and the day is two hours too long. What you agreed yesterday is up for negotiation again today.

One block runs 15 minutes longer

And you retype twenty timestamps. By the third round one of them is wrong – and you notice it in the room.

The Wi-Fi drops in the training room

Exactly when you need the agenda. Your tool shows a spinner, and you facilitate from memory.

Sessi hält eine feste Uhr, während daneben Uhren zerfließen

Sessionario holds modules, times and versions – even when the conversation has long moved on.

How it works

Three steps to a finished agenda

  1. 1

    Connect your AI

Once, with your Sessionario account: Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. About three minutes, illustrated guide, then never again.

  2. 2

    Design in your AI

Where you think anyway: clarify goals, weigh up methods, rearrange. Once it holds, your AI pushes the agenda into Sessionario – with days, modules and times.

  3. 3

    Refine, invite, deliver

Here the times calculate themselves, and the day balance shows whether the day is too full. Inviting colleagues costs nothing. In the room you switch to live – even without a network.

It works without AI just as well – then you build the agenda here yourself. Step 2 simply drops out.

What it looks like

One day, the way Sessionario shows it

On the left the time and the duration, next to it the block type as a colour. Change a duration and every following time moves – except the ones with a lock.

Four small groups of 40 minutes are 40 minutes in the room. Every spreadsheet counts 160 here – and the day gets two hours too long without anyone noticing.

Level 2: goal and content as well – per block

Detail levels instead of columns

Every block has up to seven detail levels: overview, goal, content, trainer notes, materials and two you name yourself. You decide per block how far it opens – the day overview stays in place. No scrolling to the right, no column nobody reads.

Day 1

8.3 h gross · 61% doing · 18% taking in · 21% recharging

6.5 h net · without 1.8 h break

Day balance: gross and net

Every topic has an effect – taking in, doing or recharging. From this comes the day balance, in two lines: gross is the time from start to finish, net is the same time without breaks. Otherwise “eight hours” means one thing today and another tomorrow – and that is exactly where planning goes wrong. Travel, dinner and get-togethers count as surrounding programme and into neither figure.

See your own time when you deliver online from another time zone

The session has one time zone: the one of the training room. It applies to everyone and can be locked so nobody moves it by accident. Anyone working from elsewhere sees their own time below in yellow – here 4 a.m. for the colleague in New York. The session’s own time is never converted, otherwise two people say “ten o’clock” and mean two different moments.

The app calculates, you plan

You enter the day start – everything else follows: a block starts where the previous one ends. Change a duration and every following block shifts along. If something slips past the end of the day, the app asks instead of doing it quietly. Choose 12- or 24-hour format per session.

No Wi-Fi? No problem. Everything keeps working.

Offline in the training room

In the training room the Wi-Fi is the first thing to fail. Sessionario works without a connection: edit, save, comment – and sync automatically when the next network appears.

Live mode and undo

In the training room you switch to live: a line shows where you are – and how far ahead of or behind the plan. And because things get moved by accident when it is busy, every change can be undone on its own; the last steps are listed above the session.

What sets us apart

Why not just another planning tool?

There are good workshop design tools. We used them – and missed four things that hurt every day in real training work.

Colleagues cost nothing

Most tools charge per seat: every person who is supposed to contribute shows up on the invoice. Not here. You invite whoever you need – co-trainers, assistants, the colleague from the next team, editing included. And it costs the invited people nothing either: someone else’s session never counts towards their own limit, not even on the free plan.

Built for the room, not the office

You plan at your desk, but you need the agenda in a venue with one bar of Wi-Fi. That is why Sessionario keeps running offline: read, edit, add new blocks. As soon as you are back online it syncs quietly.

You start with your own material

Nobody enjoys planning twice what is already done. Give your Word concept, the Excel sheet, the PDF or the flip chart photo to your own AI – work with it until you are satisfied, then have the agenda transferred into Sessionario. Sessionario keeps structure and memory: it is at its best exactly where AI is not. Not reinvented, taken over.

Thought in German, not translated

Sessionario comes from trainers in Germany who have been standing in front of groups since 1992. The data sits on servers in Germany, the interface is available in German, Spanish and English. More languages planned.

Don't start from scratch

How your agenda gets in – you choose the route

Taking over a finished agenda and designing a new one are two different jobs. You do both in your own AI – it reads your material, you go through the agenda together, and at the end it creates the session here.

Take over: the agenda you already have Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, a photo or a screenshot – hand the file to your AI and tell it to move the agenda into Sessionario. You see the result in the conversation before anything is created, and can correct it: “the 11 o’clock break is missing”, “day 2 in English please”
With your AI
Design: a new session Clarify first, then build. Give your AI what you have – and what you want: client and audience, goals, prescribed content, days and times, fixed appointments, surrounding programme. It asks for what is missing, and you go through the draft together before it lands here
With your AI
Without AI: an empty form If you prefer to type it yourself, type it yourself – title, days, times, blocks. The AI is an offer, not a requirement

Coming later

Nothing is created without your approval – and the checking happens where it belongs: in the conversation with your AI, before anything is created. Ask it what it notices: gaps between blocks, overlaps, blocks without a goal, more than 90 minutes without a break. Once the agenda holds, it creates it – and from then on Sessionario does the clock arithmetic.

Beta

We are not looking for customers. We are looking for people who build with us.

Sessionario is in beta. We are looking for trainers, facilitators and coaches who try it – and who explicitly do not tell us: “Looks good.”

“This is where I got stuck.”

“I expected something else here.”

“This feature is missing for me.”

“My current tool does this better.”

That is exactly the feedback we need. Over the past two weeks we changed a great deal because of such replies – some of it the same day.

But beta also means beta: things change almost daily right now. If you want finished software, come back in November. If you feel like building along, now is the moment.

One question interests us most: what would a tool have to do so that you do not close it again after the first workshop?

Pricing

Free until 10 November – then one plan.

With Sessionario you pay per account, not per head. Working together costs nothing extra.

While the beta runs there is nothing to book: you get every feature, without payment details and without a countdown. You bring your own AI – connecting Claude, ChatGPT or Grok costs nothing with us. The plans below show where this is heading.

Rolling it out to a whole team?

Would you like to give Sessionario to several or many people in your organisation? Ask for an individual quote – we will come back with a proposal that fits your size.

We use your details only to make you an offer. No newsletter, no sharing.

All prices stated are net, plus VAT. You pay for AI by usage, not as a flat fee: an import costs a few cents, and you see the price before every step. Wishes and criticism are welcome at hello@sessionario.com.

Ein Trainer im Seminarraum mit Sessi auf dem Tablet
Sessi, your AI adviser

Plan with Sessi: faster, safer, better.

Sessi knows your complete agenda – modules, times, goals, materials. You ask in the AI you connected; it fetches the current state from Sessionario and answers with that – not from a conversation’s memory.

Which model does the thinking is your choice – it is yours. The connection costs nothing with us.

Sessi is a colleague, not a tool

Sessi has her own profile in your colleague list – she is a colleague with a name, not a button in a menu. Whatever comes from her is recognisable as hers and never passed off as yours.

Ask her what she notices

Gaps between blocks, overlaps, a day that ends later than planned, blocks without a goal, more than 90 minutes without a break. She sees your real agenda, so she can answer about it – and change what you ask her to change, right away.

You decide, and it stays undoable

Before any change made by an AI, Sessionario saves the state – you can bring it back, even days later. Other people’s sessions stay untouched: from a session you only collaborate on, it makes its own copy first. Nothing is ever deleted. And without AI you work just the same – it is an offer, not a requirement.

Sessionario teams up with the AI you already use.

Connect your account once – to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. From then on you just ask there: “What have I got on this week?”, “Where are the breaks too tight?” or “Build me a two-day workshop on feedback” – and it lands in your agenda. No retyping, no copy and paste.

Your own plan pays for the thinking

No markup, no second invoice. Sessionario provides structure, timings and data – the thinking is done by the AI you already pay for.

Colleagues' sessions stay untouched

The AI may change your own sessions. From sessions you only collaborate on, it makes its own copy first. Nothing is ever deleted.

Every change can be restored

A snapshot is saved before every change – the same button as for your own edits. And your password stays with us, not with the AI.

These three we walked through ourselves. Any other AI that supports connections takes the same route – the address is mcp.sessionario.com. Whether yours offers it is in its settings: if you cannot enter an address of your own there, it does not work yet – not even where a list of ready-made connections exists.

The guide opens in its own window – put it next to Claude and hop back and forth step by step without losing your place. Takes about three minutes, and you only do it once.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my sessions after the beta?

They stay yours – all of them. If you sign up by 10 November you keep up to 7 sessions for good, free of charge; you do not drop to the 3 of the Free plan. Your sessions remain fully usable: open, revise, rename, export, delete. The only limit is creating another one: beyond that you need the paid plan. Nobody deletes anything, nobody locks anything, and nobody books you into a paid plan automatically.

Who is allowed to do what – and who sees my notes?
Role Change the agenda Own notes & highlights
Owner / editor yesyes
Commenter noyes
Viewer noyes
Public link (no account) nono

Notes and highlights do not change the agenda – they are added on top. That is why anyone invited may write them, including people who may only watch: it is what you used to scribble in the margin of the printed agenda. Nobody else reads them – not your colleagues, not the person who owns the session, and not us.

How long until I can actually use it?

The first agenda is usually done within half an hour – faster if you bring an existing concept and have your connected AI take it over. There is no training course, no setup project and no contract term: sign up, create a session, start planning. If you realise after ten minutes that it is not for you, you have lost ten minutes and no money.

What does Sessionario cost?

Until 10 November 2026 everything is free – and whoever signs up during that time keeps 7 sessions for good instead of 3. From 11 November there are two plans: Free costs nothing and covers 3 sessions – your own and those you were invited to, counted together. The paid plan is €9 per month or €90 per year, net; yearly payment covers two months. Book by 1 February 2027 and you get a 50% discount as a founder member – for three months, or for the first year with yearly payment. Connecting your own AI subscription – Claude, ChatGPT, Grok – is included in both plans and costs nothing with us. Sessi teams up with your own AI and costs nothing with us.

How does the limit of 3 sessions count in Free?

Both are counted: sessions you created yourself and those you were invited to. Together they make three. You can always accept an invitation, though – even if it takes you past three; what is blocked then is only creating another session of your own. Inviting itself never costs anything, neither for you nor for the person inviting you.

How much can I attach to a session?

Up to 50 MB per file. How much a session holds in total depends on the plan: Free 20 MB per session and 60 MB across all sessions, Beta 50 MB and 200 MB, in the paid plan 100 MB and 1 GB. Sessionario is a planning tool, not a file storage service – attachments belong to a session, not to an archive. Only the owner of a session may delete them.

Does Sessionario really work without internet?

Yes. Sessions marked as “available offline” can be fully edited without a connection – including comments. Changes are stored locally and transferred automatically on the next network. If somebody else changed the same block in the meantime, the app shows you both versions and you choose.

What happens when two people work at the same time?

Every change is transferred on its own; the whole session is never overwritten. You can see who is working where from the initials on the blocks. If you really do change the same field at the same time, the app asks instead of quietly discarding one version. It is not a live cursor like in a word processor – updates arrive every few seconds.

How does this work across time zones?

A session has one time zone – the one of the training room. That time applies to everyone and can be locked so nobody moves it by accident. Whoever joins from elsewhere sets their own zone in their profile, or lets it be taken from their computer; a yellow line with their own time then appears below each time. The session’s own time is never converted – otherwise two people would say “ten o’clock” and mean two different moments.

Who calculates the times?

The app does. You enter the day start – everything else follows: a block starts where the previous one ends. Change a duration and the following blocks shift along. If something slips past the end of the day, the app asks. Travel, dinner and get-togethers hang outside this chain as surrounding programme and count neither as gross time nor as recovery time.

Can I undo something?

Yes. Above the session there is a list of the last steps, each of them undoable on its own. A whole text you wrote in one go counts as one step – not as a hundred keystrokes.

Can I collaborate with colleagues?

Yes. Invite colleagues with roles: edit, comment or view only. This is free in every plan. Comments and attachments belong to the session; trainer notes are visible to the edit team only – never to participants.

What is the difference between a colleague and a friend?

Colleagues are everyone you see in the list – by name, nothing else. Whoever you mark as a friend may see your contact details. Both are independent of who you invite into a session: inviting works without friendship, and friendship opens no session at all.

Can I send the agenda to somebody without an account?

Yes. Above the session there is “Share”: it creates a link for viewing – no sign-in, no account. Whoever opens it sees the agenda, but no trainer notes, and can change nothing. You can switch the link off or replace it at any time; the old one stops working immediately. The public link is part of the paid plan.

Can I go back to an earlier state?

A state is saved when you open the session, before every change made by an AI, and when you agree on leaving. Recording happens on every plan – viewing and restoring earlier states belongs to the paid plan. On the Free plan you can see how many states there are; after switching they are all available.

Can I export or print the agenda?

Yes – as a PDF for printing and sharing. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are announced but not available yet. You choose which detail levels appear; the time column, colour bars and structure are kept. In the paid plan your own logo appears on every export.

Are there ready-made methods?

Yes – a growing library with over 60 facilitation methods, each with an illustration, search function and matching topic colour. Add a method to your agenda as a block with one click and fill it with your own content. From Pro upwards you can add your own methods.

How do I connect my AI to Sessionario?

Once, in about three minutes. For Claude, ChatGPT and Grok there are illustrated guides we walked through ourselves: you enter a name and the address mcp.sessionario.com there and sign in with us. After that your AI knows your sessions in every new conversation. Other AIs take the same route if they support connections – the three above are the ones we verified. Your password stays with us: signing in runs through our own page, not through the AI.

Where is my data stored?

In a database of our own on a server in Germany (All-inkl). No third-party cloud, no third-party access. Passwords are stored as hashes only. We pass nothing to an AI provider: Sessionario makes no AI requests itself. If you connect your own AI, it fetches the sessions you release – and from then on your provider’s contract and retention periods apply, not ours.

What sets Sessionario apart from other session planners?

Detail levels instead of columns, so the day overview stays visible. Times that calculate themselves. A day balance in gross and net. Full offline operation, editing included. And the connection to your own AI: other planners build an AI in and bill you for it. Sessionario teams up with the one you already pay for. Plus a price with no per-seat ladder: inviting is always free.
