Connect Sessionario to Claude

After this, Claude knows your sessions. Ask “What have I got on this week?” or “Build me a two-day workshop on feedback” – and it lands straight in your agenda. No retyping, no copy and paste.

What you need A Sessionario account and a Claude account – the free one is enough: Anthropic allows exactly one custom connection there, and this is it. You do this once – after that the connection works in every Claude conversation, on your phone too.

Keep this page open

It works best with two windows side by side: this guide on the left, Claude on the right. Do a step, glance back here, do the next one – nothing to memorise.

If you came here from the box on our start page, this guide already opened in its own window. So you can hop back and forth freely, and Sessionario stays exactly where you left it.

In Claude, click “Customize”

Open Claude. In the left sidebar, below “Scheduled”, you’ll find Customize.

Switch to “Connectors”

A window opens. Along the left edge are small icons – click the second one. Hover over it and it says “Connectors”.

Top right: “Add”

Two buttons sit in the top right corner. Take the right one: Add. Not “Discover” – that lists ready-made connectors, and Sessionario isn’t one of them yet.

Enter name and address

Two fields, that’s all:

Exactly like that – no trailing slash. Then click Continue.

Copy the address from here – a typo is the most common reason this doesn’t work.

Change nothing – click “Add”

Claude now shows a long page of options. They are already set correctly. Claude asked the Sessionario server and worked out the right settings by itself – that’s why “Detected” appears twice.

So just scroll all the way down and click Add.

Looks like a lot, but there’s nothing to do. Just scroll past it.

Click “Connect”

Sessionario is now in the list – but nothing is connected yet. Claude tells you so, and puts a single black button in the middle of the page. Click Connect.

People miss this step a lot. “Added” isn’t “connected” – only here does Claude get access.

Sign in to Sessionario

Now our page appears – that’s how you know your password stays with us and never reaches Claude. Enter your Sessionario credentials and click Connect.

A browser window then briefly says “Connected” and offers to take you back to the app. That is Claude’s own confirmation – you can simply close that tab.

Read the green box once It says exactly what Claude may do – and what it may not. Three promises are in there, and they hold: sessions belonging to colleagues are never changed, a snapshot is saved before every change so you can restore it, and nothing is ever deleted.

Done

That’s it. The window closes and Sessionario sits in the list with a checkmark.

Click the entry and you’ll see the six tools Claude now has – two for reading, four for writing.

The six tools: two read-only and four write tools — The writing ones are set to “Needs approval”: Claude asks you every time before it creates or changes anything. You can change that here – we’d leave it. (The tool names come from Sessionario and are German for now.)

Try it right away

Open a normal Claude conversation and just ask. Nothing to click – Claude reaches for it on its own.

“What sessions have I got this week?”

“Show me day 1 of my workshop in Essen.”

“Where are the breaks too tight in this session?”

“Create a two-day workshop on feedback conversations, 9 to 5.”

“Write a short brief on block 4 for my co-trainer.”

The thinking is paid for by your Claude plan – Sessionario doesn’t use up any credit for it.

If something sticks

Four things tend to go wrong – all four are fixed in under a minute.

“Connect” does nothing.
Usually an outdated browser. Update it, or use the Claude app instead of the website.

Claude says it may only read.
Then your connection is an older one. Click the Sessionario entry in Claude → Disconnect, and set it up again following this guide.

Claude can’t find my sessions.
Check that you signed in with the same Sessionario account the sessions live in. Archived sessions are invisible to Claude.

I want to disconnect.
In Claude, click the Sessionario entry → Disconnect. Claude then has no access at all. Nothing changes in your sessions.

Did it work?

Claude and the other AI providers change their menus constantly – often without notice. Everything on this page we clicked through ourselves on 1 September 2026. If your screen looks different, that is almost always why.
